Our Edisto Beach fleet is made up of 2022–2025 luxury LSVs. Fully street-legal, equipped with seat belts, headlights, Bluetooth, USB charging, and backup cameras. You can drive at night. You can drive on any road with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less. Parking? Easy.

All carts are electric. Quieter than gas, cheaper to run, gentler on the island. We deliver to your door, hand off the keys, and pick up when you’re done.

Edisto stays mellow even in peak season. Most restaurants, beach accesses, and the marina have regular car spots that work fine for a cart, plus the occasional designated ‘Golf Cart Parking’ spot. Off-season, you’ll have your pick anywhere.

The State Park has cart-accessible day-use parking. Drive in, park near the trail you want.

Edisto cart rules in plain English

Drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver's license.

Same statewide rule for LSV rentals.

35-mph roads only.

Covers basically all of Edisto Beach. Palmetto, Jungle, the side streets.

Day or night driving is fine.

Our carts are LSVs with full road registration.

No driving on the beach, sidewalks, bike paths, or beach access paths.

Walk those last few yards over the dune.

Seat belts on every seat.

Where Edisto carts actually go

State Park loop

≈ 20 min

Cruise out to Edisto Beach State Park, park by the trailhead, do the boardwalk walk, see the live oaks. Then loop back through town for lunch.

The Pavilion → marina run

≈ 15 min
Start near the Pavilion beach access, cruise down Palmetto Boulevard, hit the marina for fresh shrimp and a beer at the dock. Sunset is the move.

Whaley's stop

≈ 10 min from anywhere
Locals’ bar and grill, easy cart parking, the kind of dive that makes Edisto Edisto. Park, eat, cruise home.

Front Beach pickup

≈ 30 min, no hurry
Edisto has access points every few blocks along Palmetto. Pick a different one each day. The beach gets emptier as you go north.

Anywhere from the State Park down through town to the marina. Edisto is the longest haul from our IOP base, so plan ahead. Delivery slots fill faster here than anywhere else we serve.

Do you really deliver all the way to Edisto?

Yes. It’s the longest run we make. Book at least a week ahead in summer and we’ll fit you in. Delivery + pickup is $100.

Can the cart handle the unpaved roads near the State Park?

Stick to paved roads. Our LSVs are road-legal but not built for dirt and sand. And the access roads through the marsh are sometimes flooded.

Where do I park at the marina?

Regular car spots work. The marina restaurants have cart-friendly parking right out front.

Is there cart parking at the Pavilion?

Yes. Regular beach-access parking accepts carts. Don’t park on the sand or the boardwalk.

Can the cart go on the beach?

No. SC state law. Vehicles on the beach are not allowed.

What's the cancellation policy?

100% refund if cancelled 30+ days out, 50% between 15–30 days, 0% inside 15 days. Same across all our locations.
