Our Seabrook Island fleet is made up of 2022–2025 luxury LSVs. Fully street-legal, equipped with seat belts, headlights, Bluetooth, USB charging, and backup cameras. You can drive at night. You can drive on any road with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less. Parking? Easy.
All carts are electric. Quieter than gas, cheaper to run, gentler on the island. We deliver to your door, hand off the keys, and pick up when you’re done.

Parking on Seabrook. Gated and easy
Once you’re past the gate, parking is the least of your worries. Seabrook’s roads were built for carts. Wide enough, slow enough, and the resort lots all accept LSVs. Talk to your property manager about your gate pass before our delivery window.

Beach Club run
From most rentals, the Beach Club is a short cart ride. Park out front, lunch on the porch, beach time, cart home.
Fresh Fields supply run
Fresh Fields Village (Bohicket Road, just outside the gate) for groceries, the wine shop, and the bagel place. The drive in and out is cart-legal.
Bohicket marina sunset
≈ 20 min
Cart out to Bohicket Marina for dinner at one of the dock restaurants. Sunset over the marsh from a marina dock is hard to beat.
Loop the equestrian center
≈ 25 min, slow pace
The roads around the Seabrook equestrian center are quiet and pretty. Good for a morning cruise with coffee.

Anywhere inside the gate. Heads up. Seabrook delivery is by request, so book at least 3–5 days ahead. We coordinate with your rental property on the gate pass.

Do I need a gate pass?
Yes. Seabrook is gated. Talk to your property manager / rental host about a SIPOA day pass before our delivery window. They handle it on their end.

Can I cart to Fresh Fields?
Yes. The road out of the Seabrook gate over to Bohicket / Fresh Fields is 35 mph and cart-legal.

Can I cart to Kiawah?
The connector between Seabrook and Kiawah is technically cart-legal, but it’s a longer haul and the Kiawah gate has its own rules. Most renters keep the cart on Seabrook.

What if my villa doesn't allow guest carts?
Some private sections of Seabrook restrict vehicle types. Check your villa rules first. We can also help confirm if you give us the address.

What's the delivery fee?
$100 covers both directions. Seabrook is by-request, so we may need a few days’ notice in peak season.

Can the cart go on the beach?
No. Statewide rule. Cart to the access, walk to the beach.
